The 22 Bree str development is a 19 storey mixed use development designed by Boogertman and Partners.  It comprises of office and retail space that will house the law firm, Bowman and Gilfillan. The wet services were handled by WSP Group, who took utmost care with using only materials and designs that gave the greatest Energy Efficiency benefit.
